Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective Date: April 21st, 2026

Orders are processed and shipped promptly, with tracking provided once dispatched. Returns are accepted within the eligible period if items are unused and in original condition. Refunds or exchanges are issued after inspection. Custom items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receipt of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS with an estimated delivery time based on destination:

    United States & Territories: 1 - 13 days

    Canada: 6 - 22 days

    International: 7 - 27 days

    Expedited shipping is not currently available.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and to international countries serviced by USPS.

  • You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or store credit. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service and include your order number in the subject of the email.

  • - Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

    - Include all tags and accessories that came with the product.

    - Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

    - Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend (though it’s not required) using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.

  • Our policies are in accordance with New Jersey state law and applicable federal laws governing consumer rights, refunds, and warranties.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the aforementioned criteria. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
