Shipping Policy:

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receipt of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer standard and/or expedited shipping via USPS and UPS with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery times varying by service selected.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

14-Day Return Window:

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or store credit. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service and include your order number in the subject of the email.

Return Process:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

- Include all tags and accessories that came with the product.

- Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend (though it’s not required) using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds & Processing Time:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
